If your request is within the stipulated time frame, we will initiate the cancellation process, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Policy

We understand the importance of ensuring the quality of our consumable products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return and refund. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Before opening the parcel box/cover, ensure you have a camera or smartphone ready to record a video.
  2. Carefully open the parcel box/cover while recording a clear video that clearly shows the unboxing process, including the packaging and product condition.
  3. If you discover any damage or defect during the unboxing, record a close-up of the affected areas.
  4. Email the video to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
  5. The return item(s) must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that return requests without a video verifying the unboxing process and any damage or defect will not be processed.

Refund Policy

Upon verification of the video and confirmation of the damage or defect, the refund amount will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. The amount refunded will be equal to the purchase price of the product minus any applicable fees, taxes, or discounts.

Non-Refundable Items

As consumable products are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. Returns without video evidence or made after the stipulated time frames will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

If your return is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
